Can I buy directly from Encool?
We can supply self-contained systems and wine cabinets direct to homeowners, however Split Systems must be supplied and installed through a qualified F-gas engineer, and we can introduce you to a suitable installer if needed.
How do I know if I need cooling?
Cooling depends on your room construction, insulation, glazing, and where the wine will sit. If you share basic details, we will advise whether cooling is needed and what type.
How is warranty protected?
Warranty relies on installation by a qualified engineer and correct commissioning. Encool supports your installer with the required checks and setup guidance.
What are lead times delivery terms and payment terms?
Lead times depend on model and shipping schedule. Delivery terms and payment terms are confirmed at quotation and again at order placement.
What do I need to prepare before installation?
A properly insulated and vapour-sealed room is critical. Your installer will confirm requirements for electrics, drainage and any other required services.
What types of systems are used for wine rooms and wine walls?

Do you provide technical support?

What information do you need to size and quote a system?

Who can buy from Encool?
Encool supplies to HVAC and refrigeration engineers, wine cellar specialists, and verified trade partners. An F-Gas certificate is required to install split systems. Self-contained systems can be installed without this qualification.
