Encool's La Réserve Plug & Play range is designed to sit within bespoke cabinetry, with the cooling system built into the unit itself — no separate condenser, no refrigerant pipework to route, and no F-gas installation required.

The range covers two distinct temperature bands: a serving temperature of 5 to 7°C for bottles ready to drink, and a storage temperature of 12 to 18°C for longer-term conditioning — the same distinction that matters in a full-size cellar, available within a single cabinet format.

Noise operates in the 38 to 41dBA range, quiet enough for kitchen, dining or living spaces where the cabinet will be heard as well as seen. Energy consumption is approximately 0.9kWh per 24 hours at 15°C, a figure worth having on hand when a client asks about running cost.

Cabinets are available from a minimum depth of 50cm, with multiple finish options to match surrounding joinery, concealed LED lighting for bottle presentation, and a digital lock where security or access control matters. Power supply is a standard 220V/50Hz connection. The range carries a 2-year warranty.


Planning cabinet integration


Because the cabinet sits within joinery rather than a dedicated room, coordination happens at the cabinetry design stage rather than during a building fit-out. Points to confirm early:
